ALL referee’s must go onto the USA Hockey website to register and pay fee. Also, print out receipt and bring to the clinic to be reimbursed. If you go to the Bismarck Clinic, you must bring receipt to Dave Hanneman with Dickinson Hockey Club to be reimbursed.
